My Pepeha in Tongan and Te reo

Malo e lelei, Kia orana, talofa lava and greetings to you all,
in case you haven't hear the year 3-8 has been in summer learning journey and for week 1 we are learning about arts and entertainment. For this activity we have to make our own pepeha and you can make it in any language that you wish, and I chosen to say my pepeha in Tongan and Te reo Maori. (Sorry if I get some of the maori words wrong I don't know much maori.)

  1. Kia ora Fine,

Nice to meet you! I hope you’re having a lovely day! My name is Olive and I’m a blogger for The Summer Learning Journey! I’m so excited to see everything you and your classmates will come up with this week!

What a great post! I how you’ve included your Pepeha in two languages! I think that’s so beautiful and you should be super proud of yourself! Just remember to include links from photos you’ve borrowed from the internet. It’s super important to show your readers where you’ve gotten your images. Other than that, I think it’s so thoughtful that you’ve included a picture of yourself. Kai pai for a great effort!

We’re looking forward to seeing more of your posts from the 16th December (Next week). There’s lots of points at stake and some great prizes to win!

    Ngā mihi,
    Olive
